Meet our wonderful new Junior Account Executive, Lucy Gonnella.

Lucy joined team ZEAL at the start of August and got stuck in straight away; having joined the Arla LactoFree team, she has had a busy first month working on some exciting upcoming experiential brand activation projects.

Lucy attended the University of Lancaster, where she immediately joined the hockey team. Over her 3 years, she had important roles within the Women’s Hockey Society including Social Secretary, Head of Indoor Hockey and even became a hockey coach for the Lancaster University Schools Outreach Program. She graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Fine Art just two months ago, in July.

At University, Lucy developed a real interest in advertising and promotions, and therefore decided to pursue a career in the field of marketing. When searching for agencies, she set her sights on ZEAL – she wanted to work with an agency in which she could continue to develop her creative skills whilst working closely with big household brands every day, which she is still finding really exciting.

Lucy talks about her time at ZEAL so far;

“My first month at Zeal has been lots of fun! Working on a number of brands has made my time here really exciting and fast-paced. I’m currently enjoying assisting the Arla LactoFree team prepare for Fearne Cotton’s upcoming Happy Place Festival.”

Lucy loves socialising and catching up with friends, and her favourite activity is going out for dinner and cocktails – having only moved to Manchester a month ago, she can’t wait to explore the many exciting bars and restaurants the city has to offer.

We are always recruiting to grow our Account Handling team – if you’ve got experience creating award-winning FMCG campaigns, we’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch with our Head of Talent John Saxon:
