Award winning creative joins ZEAL in London

WOW!  – We’ve been a little busy at ZEAL in recent weeks so get ready for a steady stream of updates about the raft of fabulous new appointments we have made as we seek to build on our Agency of The Year success…

First up is our brilliant new Midweight Creative, Dave Hughes.


Based out of our London office in Farringdon, Dave is already developing great ideas and campaign concepts across all our clients.  He’s already worked on campaigns for Nestlé, Kellogg’s, Pringles and many others, some of which will be hitting the streets shortly.

Dave’s creative journey started with a BA (Hons) in Illustration at the University of Lincoln in 2014.  After university he secured his first role as a visualiser at last year’s IPM Agency of The Year, TLC Marketing.  Over a 5 year tenure at TLC Dave progressed from a junior creative role to fully fledged Art Director working on brands such as Vodaphone, Yakult, Bosch and Filippo Berio. In 2017 Dave was officially recognised by the IPM as one of their ‘30 Under 30’, young talented people who were making an impact in their industry.

adding to ZEAL:

“Dave has been with ZEAL for 7 months now and he’s already seeing his ideas progress from his brain onto packs and into stores.  His track record of developing award-winning campaigns for TLC, winner of IPM Agency of The Year in 2017, is really helping him to do the same at ZEAL, IPM Agency of The Year 2019.  He’s a lovely guy with a fantastic attitude and a very creative mind.  He loves what he does and it shows in all his work.”



Dave is enjoying his ZEAL journey so far:

“Everybody at ZEAL has made me feel incredibly welcome, and I can’t believe it’s been 7 months already! I’m loving the chance to work on huge brands on a daily basis, in a fun environment surrounded by such a talented bunch of people. It’s a really exciting time for the agency, and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s to come.”


When he is not developing the next big shopper marketing campaign for some of the world’s biggest brands Dave enjoys going to gigs, stand-up comedy and exhibitions.  He’s also an avid doodler and still enjoys creating his own wonderful illustrations.
