Hot on the heels of earning the title of Agency of The Year at this year’s Institute of Promotional Marketing Awards, ZEAL’s 2018 campaigns are now up for a host of effectiveness awards again, this time as the best campaigns in Europe.
The IMC Awards recognise the most effective Brand Activation campaigns across the whole of Europe. A unique award scheme now in its 12th year, judging the efforts of 24 agencies – each one the winner of a national integrated marketing competition – working across 7 countries for over 25 brands.
The selection process began in August, when an international jury panel made up of almost 40 leading industry professionals across Europe made a rigorous first-round selection.
The second-round jury, comprised of IMCC Council members, have announced that they have shortlisted SEVEN of ZEAL’s campaigns for potential European honours this year. With a total of 12 UK campaigns in the running, ZEAL has the most nominations across agencies in the UK – only one other agency in Europe has received more nominations this year.
ZEAL’s haul of nominations also includes TWO campaigns; Rubicon’s ‘Refresh your Ramadan’ and Nestlé’s ‘A Quality Street Christmas’, both shortlisted in the category for ‘Best European Shopper Marketing Campaign’, an area of real focus for ZEAL and all our clients.
The full list of ZEAL campaigns shortlisted for European awards this year is as follows:
- Dr Oetker – Take the Mayhem out of Mealtimes Nominated for the best Integrated Communication campaign.
- Kellogg’s – Love Island Nominated for the best Product Launch/Relaunch/Trial campaign & the best Social Media and Influencer Program.
- Pringles – Prize with Every Can Nominated for the best Product Launch/Relaunch/Trial campaign.
- Nestlé – A Quality Street Christmas Nominated for the best Brand Building campaign & the best Shopper Marketing campaign.
- AG Barr – Referesh your Ramadan Nominated for the best Shopper Marketing campaign.

Winners will be announced LIVE ONLINE at the beginning of December, with the awards then presented in person at the winning agencies over the following week.
Last year ZEAL was proud to win it’s first European award, a SILVER for it’s KitKat Personalised Pack campaign but hopefully this year the agency bring home some more GOLD for the trophy cabinet.
